What is BreezyChina?
BreezyChina is a comprehensive travel companion for foreigners visiting China. We provide an in-depth travel guide, eSIM data plans, and 1-on-1 consulting to make your China trip smooth and stress-free.
How do I access the travel guide?
After purchasing a guide pack (Essentials, Standard, or Pro), log into your account and navigate to the Guide section. You'll have instant access to all chapters included in your tier.
How does the eSIM work?
After purchase, you'll receive a QR code via email. Simply scan it with your phone's camera to install the eSIM profile. It activates when you arrive in China — no physical SIM card needed.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes! You can upgrade from any tier to a higher one at any time. You'll only pay the difference, and your access will be upgraded immediately.
What's included in consulting?
Consulting gives you direct access to Leo via WhatsApp. You can ask travel questions, get real-time help while in China, or plan your itinerary. Each plan includes a set number of conversation threads.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, we offer a 7-day refund policy for guide purchases if you haven't accessed more than 3 chapters. eSIM plans are non-refundable once the QR code has been delivered. See our refund policy for full details.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We use Stripe for payment processing (PCI DSS compliant), and your personal data is stored securely with encryption. We never share your information with third parties.
Which phones support eSIM?
Most modern smartphones support eSIM, including iPhone XS and later, Google Pixel 3 and later, and Samsung Galaxy S20 and later. Check your phone's settings for eSIM support before purchasing.
