Travel Guide Packs
We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on all guide pack purchases. If you've accessed fewer than 3 chapters and are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.
eSIM Data Plans
eSIM plans are non-refundable once the QR code has been delivered via email. If you have not received your QR code or experience technical issues with activation, contact us and we'll work to resolve the issue or provide a replacement.
Consulting Services
Consulting plans are non-refundable once any consulting thread has been used. If you have not used any threads, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at hello@breezychina.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We aim to process all refund requests within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
